Try this indicator for pivot points. Use 1 for dily pivot, 2 for weekly and 3 for monthly.

Here's a link about setting up the daily pivots. It's from Auslanco's strategies which use the pivots a lot

I endorse James' plan myself, but if you are determined not to follow it then I suggest opening an account with a broker that allows micro lots and throwing in maybe $50-$100, or whatever money you can afford to lose.

You'll be playing live but you'll also be playing with very small amounts per pip. Set a plan. 2 months of consistent growth allows you to add to your account.

That might help. The goal is to ease your transition from demo to live so that it feels no different. I've heard from a lot of experienced traders who say they can regularly and consistently achieve results in their demo accounts that are hard to achieve live. Live is a battle, and you need to be fully prepared and tooled up when you enter the fray.

I'm loving the analysis of today's OB bundy. I always like reading something from an old hand that confirms my thinking...

The USACAD pin is the only thing that caught my eye tonight but I am wary of the traffic to the left specifically the bar highs at 650 which, if you drop a line there are a key area of SR over the last few years. Also the bar lows at 600. The nose doesn't protrude too much from the 12th August bar. If the channel was more established I might consider it as a PA trade from the top of the "box" but as it is I am passing.

Styles of trading this material are very discretionary, and some people veer towards the more conservative. I think there are very valid reasons for taking this setup, it's just that I'm trying to nudge my trading plan towards low frequency, extremely high probability trading.

I guess what I am saying, given that you're new to the material, is that I wouldn't be to worried about someone else saying they aren't going to trade a bar if you see good reasons to be in.

Hope that clarifies things.
